Tartlet Shells
  • 1 package mini phyllo tart shells (1.9 ounces) Ready-made for convenience.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing dish, combine the chopped pear, crumbled blue cheese, and light cream.
  3. Add a sprinkle of ground black pepper to your taste and mix gently.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the phyllo tart shells, filling them generously.
