Preparation
- Slice each raw potato crosswise and lengthwise, making sure not to cut all the way through.
- Place the potatoes in the microwave and cook for about 5 minutes, or until tender.
Cooking
- Transfer the microwaved potatoes to your air fryer. Set it to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 12-15 minutes until the skin is crisp.
Topping
- Once out of the air fryer, generously top the potatoes with cheese, a pat of butter, and a sprinkle of green onions. Serve while hot!
