  • 4 tbsp Butter Can also use olive oil.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice each raw potato crosswise and lengthwise, making sure not to cut all the way through.
  2. Place the potatoes in the microwave and cook for about 5 minutes, or until tender.
Cooking
  1. Transfer the microwaved potatoes to your air fryer. Set it to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 12-15 minutes until the skin is crisp.
Topping
  1. Once out of the air fryer, generously top the potatoes with cheese, a pat of butter, and a sprinkle of green onions. Serve while hot!
