Bisquick Peach Cobbler is a classic dessert made with juicy sliced peaches, brown sugar, and a sweet Bisquick topping. This comforting cobbler is perfect for any occasion and is best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds sliced peaches, fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg

  • 9x9 Baking Dish
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Non-stick Spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9x9 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. To make the peach filling, add the peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon to a mixing bowl and stir to combine. If using canned peaches, drain the juice and taste for sweetness before adding additional sugar.
  3. To make the cobbler, add the Bisquick, sugar, milk, melted butter, and nutmeg to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
  4. Pour the Bisquick mixture into the prepared baking dish and arrange the peaches over the top.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm or cold.

Notes

This Bisquick Peach Cobbler is best served fresh out of the oven. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
