Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and place them in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Add the cooked sausage, crumbled bacon, and half of the cheese to the biscuit pieces in the baking dish.
- Pour the egg and milk mixture evenly over the biscuits and meats.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese and sliced green onions on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
