Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish and put it in the oven to melt as it preheats.
- In a large bowl, mix together the Bisquick, 7-Up, and sour cream until combined; the dough should be sticky.
- Turn the sticky dough onto a lightly floured surface. If it’s too sticky, sprinkle a little baking mix on it to make it manageable.
- Roll or pat the dough into a 1-inch thick shape and cut it out using a round cutter. Place each biscuit in the pan of hot melted butter.
Baking
- Bake the biscuits for 10–12 minutes until golden brown. Allow them to sit for a few minutes to absorb the butter before serving warm.

Notes
For storage, keep cooled biscuits in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature or up to 5 days in the refrigerator. Freeze individually wrapped for up to 3 months. To reheat, warm in the oven or microwave.
