- Stir in the chopped and drained spinach along with the water chestnuts.
- If using, add in the diced red bell pepper.
- Season the mixture with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
Serving
- Serve in a bowl surrounded by chunks of crusty bread or your favorite crackers.
- You can also serve fresh veggies like carrot sticks, celery, or bell pepper slices for a healthier option.
