- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef strips and sauté until browned. Once done, remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced onions and mushrooms. Cook until softened, then add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping up any flavorful bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Stir in the sour cream, returning the beef to the skillet. Cook until everything is heated through.
- Adjust salt and pepper to your taste.
- Plate over buttery noodles or rice, and enjoy!

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Reheat on the stovetop over low heat with a splash of beef broth. Can be frozen for up to two months, but let cool before freezing.
