- Toss in the chopped onion, celery, carrots, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring it to a rolling boil.
- Stir in the white button mushrooms and soy sauce, then reduce the heat. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Add the egg noodles to the pot, cooking until they're tender.
- Season with pepper to taste, and serve hot to enjoy!
