- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth until smooth.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Quickly add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the thinly sliced beef and stir-fry until it’s browned all over—usually around 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in the broccoli and pour the sauce mixture over everything in the pan.
- Allow it to cook for an additional 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally until the broccoli is vibrant and tender, and the sauce has thickened.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed, then serve immediately while hot.
Notes
Consider serving over jasmine rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds or sliced green onions for added flavor. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for 2-3 months.
