  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth until smooth.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Quickly add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the thinly sliced beef and stir-fry until it’s browned all over—usually around 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix in the broccoli and pour the sauce mixture over everything in the pan.
  6. Allow it to cook for an additional 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally until the broccoli is vibrant and tender, and the sauce has thickened.
  7. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed, then serve immediately while hot.
