  • 1 lb Ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken
  • 1 can Beans Use your favorite type of beans
  • 4 large Tortillas Warm before filling
Seasonings
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup Cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Salsa

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Drain any excess grease and return the beef to the skillet.
  3. Add the beans and seasonings, stirring until everything is well combined and heated through.
  4. Warm the tortillas briefly in another pan or microwave to make them pliable.
  5. Spoon the beef and bean mixture into each tortilla, folding the sides in before rolling it up tightly.
  6. Serve with your choice of toppings.

Notes
