Preparation of Mashed Potatoes
- Peel and chop the potatoes.
- Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender.
- Drain the water and mash the potatoes with butter and milk.
Cooking the Sausages and Gravy
- Heat a skillet and cook the sausages until browned and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook until caramelized.
- Sprinkle flour over the cooked onions and stir for about a minute.
- Gradually add stock, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens.
- Season gravy with salt and pepper to taste.

- Serve sausages on top of mashed potatoes and drizzle with onion gravy.
