Preparation
- Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil them in a pot of salted water until tender.
- Drain the water and mash the potatoes with butter and a splash of milk until creamy.
Cooking
- In a skillet, cook the sausages until browned and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook until caramelized and golden.
- Sprinkle in flour and stir for about a minute to thicken the gravy.
- Gradually add stock, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Serving
- Serve sausages on top of mashed potatoes and drizzle with onion gravy.

Notes
