Preparation
- Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil them in a pot of salted water until tender.
- Once ready, drain the potatoes and mash them with butter and milk until creamy.
Cooking
- In a skillet, cook the sausages until browned and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook until caramelized and golden.
- Sprinkle in flour and stir for about a minute, then gradually add stock while stirring until thickened.
- Season the gravy with salt and pepper to taste.
Assembly
- Serve the sausages on top of mashed potatoes and drizzle with onion gravy.
