- Thread 4-5 marinated chicken cubes onto each soaked skewer.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey.
- Reserve half the sauce in another bowl for later. Brush the remaining sauce over the skewers.
Cooking
- Place the skewers in your air fryer basket, ensuring they’re in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
