- In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
- Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each soaked wooden skewer.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey to make the bang bang sauce. Set aside half of the sauce for later use.

- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) to be fully cooked.
- Once cooked, transfer the skewers to a plate and drizzle or brush them with the reserved bang bang sauce.
