  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or chili sauce Adjust based on desired heat level.
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste green onions for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Next, add the mixed vegetables and cook until they’re tender.

  6. Continue to stir until the dish is heated through, ensuring every grain of rice is coated nicely.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
