  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz can
  • 1.5 cups cold water
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz box
For the Whipped Cream
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For Layering
  • 1 box butter cookies or vanilla wafers 8 oz box
  • 4-5 pieces ripe bananas sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth.
  2. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes, allowing the mixture to set slightly.
  3. Meanwhile, in another bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
Layering
  1. In a 9x13-inch dish, layer the butter cookies on the bottom, then add a layer of banana slices, followed by a layer of the pudding mixture.
  2. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ensuring the top layer is the pudding mixture.
Chilling
  1. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or, ideally, overnight for the best flavor and texture.
Serving
  1. Just before serving, garnish with extra cookies or banana slices for a beautiful presentation.
