  • 250 g self-raising flour
  • 405 g can of condensed milk
  • 3 pieces mashed bananas Ensure bananas are very ripe for best flavor.
  • As much as desired Dairy Milk chocolate Adjust amount based on personal preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix the mashed bananas with the condensed milk in a bowl.
  2. Gradually add the self-raising flour to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Add the Dairy Milk chocolate to your liking.
  4. Spray the bowl with oil and line it with greaseproof paper.
Cooking
  1. Place the bowl in a slow cooker and cook on high for just under 2 hours.
  2. Put a tea towel under the lid to keep the moisture in.
  3. Once done, let it cool before serving.
