  • 250 g self-raising flour
  • 405 g can of condensed milk
  • 3 pieces mashed bananas Ensure bananas are very ripe for best flavor.
  • As much as desired Dairy Milk chocolate Adjust amount based on personal preference.

Preparation

  • Mix the mashed bananas with the condensed milk in a bowl.
  • Gradually add the self-raising flour to the mixture and stir well.
  • Add the Dairy Milk chocolate to your liking.
  • Spray the bowl with oil and line it with greaseproof paper.

Cooking

  • Place the bowl in a slow cooker and cook on high for just under 2 hours.
  • Put a tea towel under the lid to keep the moisture in.
  • Once done, let it cool before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature, great with tea or coffee. For a treat, enjoy with ice cream or whipped cream. To store, use an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
