- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas with instant yeast. Mix them well to activate the yeast.
- Gradually introduce the all-purpose flour, stirring until a soft dough starts to form.
- Dust your work surface with flour and knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm area until it doubles in size—approximately 1-2 hours.
- After the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut the rolled-out dough into rolls and place them snugly in a greased baking dish.
- Cover the rolls and let them rise again for about 30 minutes before baking.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes, or until they turn a lovely golden brown.

Notes
