Preparation
- Prep the mushrooms by removing the stems and cleaning with a damp towel.
- Whisk together in a mixing bowl the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and rosemary to create a marinade.
- Place the mushrooms in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let stand for about 20 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat a grill or oven broiler to cook the mushrooms, lightly salt and pepper each mushroom.
- Cook for 5 to 8 minutes per side until well caramelized and tender.
- Brush the cut side of the buns with olive oil and broil until lightly toasted.
Assembly
- Assemble the burger with the cooked mushrooms and your favorite condiments. Enjoy!
