  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 piece egg For a vegan option, use flaxseed or chia seed egg.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss together the shredded zucchini, almond flour, grated cheese, fresh herbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir until everything is well combined.
  4. Add in the egg and continue mixing until the dough comes together.
  5. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Using a spatula, spread the dough evenly until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Score the dough into cracker shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the crackers are crispy.
  2. Allow the baking sheet to cool before breaking apart the scored crackers.
  3. Serve these delicious bites with your favorite dips or enjoy them on their own!
