Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta cooks, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain and transfer it back to the pot. Mix in the spaghetti sauce and half of the cheddar cheese.
Assembly and Baking
- In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the spaghetti mixture, followed by the creamy cheese mixture, then the remaining spaghetti.
- Sprinkle the top with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes
