Ingredients
  

Pasta and Sauce
  • 12 oz Spaghetti The pasta base for the casserole.
  • 24 oz Spaghetti Sauce Use your favorite jarred or homemade version.
Beef and Cheese Mixture
  • 1 lb Ground Beef For protein and flavor.
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Adds creaminess.
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese Enhances the richness.
  • 8 oz Sour Cream For tang and additional creaminess.
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese A must for that bubbly, golden topping.
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder To enhance flavor.
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder To enhance flavor.
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. While the pasta cooks, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain and transfer it back to the pot. Mix in the spaghetti sauce and half of the cheddar cheese.
Assembly and Baking
  1. In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the spaghetti mixture, followed by the creamy cheese mixture, then the remaining spaghetti.
  2. Sprinkle the top with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes
