  • 1 pound Ground Beef Can substitute with ground turkey or plant-based protein.
  • 1 box Spaghetti Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce Use your favorite jarred or homemade sauce.
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Adds creaminess.
  • 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese For topping, shredded.
Spices and Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. While the pasta cooks, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain and transfer it back to the pot. Mix in the spaghetti sauce and half of the cheddar cheese.
  2. In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the spaghetti mixture, followed by the creamy cheese mixture, then the remaining spaghetti.
  3. Sprinkle the top with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes
