  • 3 cups potatoes, small-diced (russets work well)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar is classic)
  • 1 cup cream or milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, diced potatoes, broccoli florets, cheese, cream or milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the top for an extra touch of flavor.
Baking
  1. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes, or until the top turns golden and the potatoes are tender.
  3. Let it cool for a few minutes before dishing it out.
