Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400° F (205° C).
- Find a baking dish that fits both mushroom caps and optionally line it with foil for easy cleanup.
- In a bowl, add all marinade ingredients except for the mushroom caps and mix well.
- Rub the marinade all over the mushrooms and let them sit stem-side down for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, rub the mushrooms again with the marinade and place them in the baking dish.
Baking
- Bake the mushrooms in the oven for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, take the mushrooms out, turn them over, and spoon any remaining marinade over them.
- Continue baking for another 5-15 minutes, depending on the size of the mushrooms.
- Once done, remove the mushrooms from the oven and let them sit for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
