  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Alternatively, use plain Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Can substitute with another cheese like smoked gouda
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry using paper towels.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in a baking dish.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), grated Parmesan, black pepper, seasoning salt, and garlic powder. Mix this until well blended.
  5. Spread the cheesy mixture evenly over each chicken breast, ensuring they're well coated.
Baking
  1. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the topping turns golden brown.
  2. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
