  • 1 lemon zest and juice of

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Stir until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the lemon butter mixture evenly over the chicken, ensuring all breasts are well coated.
  5. Generously season with salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and rosemary.
  6. Arrange lemon slices on top of the chicken for added flavor and eye appeal.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is cooked through.
  2. Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  3. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Serve hot alongside your favorite side dishes.
