  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 60 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 40 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
Garnish and Serving
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer within the prepared baking dish without overlapping.
Making the Garlic Butter Sauce
  1. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and paprika; mix well.
  2. Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.
Baking
  1. Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp, then season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and cooked through.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes
