  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 60 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 40 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese You can substitute with mozzarella or pecorino if desired.
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika Adjust based on personal preference.
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • Lemon wedges, for serving Enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a suitable baking dish.
  2. Arrange the shrimp in a single, even layer in the prepared baking dish, making sure they do not overlap.
Mixing
  1. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and paprika; mix thoroughly.
  2. Pour this garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp, ensuring each piece is well coated.
Baking
  1. Sprinkle the generously grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp, then season with salt and black pepper according to your taste.
  2. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and fully cooked.
  3. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
