Cooking
- Arrange cod fillets in a baking dish in a single layer.
- Spoon the lemon-garlic mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
