  • 1 teaspoon paprika For color and a gentle warmth.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mince the garlic finely.
  3. Zest the lemon before juicing it.
  4. Pat the cod fillets dry.
  5. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Cooking
  1. Arrange cod fillets in a baking dish in a single layer.
  2. Spoon the lemon-garlic mixture evenly over each fillet.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes
