  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup cheese Feel free to mix different types of cheese for extra flavor.
  • 8 pieces taco shells
Toppings
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato Diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 medium avocado Sliced

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken until fully cooked, then shred it.
  3. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, refried beans, and cheese.
  4. Fill taco shells with the chicken mixture.
  5. Place the filled taco shells in a baking dish and sprinkle with extra cheese if desired.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and top with your favorite toppings before serving.
