Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing until they become softened and fragrant.
  4. Toss in the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  5. Stir in the sour cream, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
Baking
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and evenly pour the creamy sauce over them.
  2. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
