Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well-coated.
- Layer half of the zucchini slices in a greased baking dish.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce over the first layer of zucchini.
- Sprinkle half of both cheeses over the marinara sauce.
- Repeat the layering with the remaining zucchini, marinara, and cheeses.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
