Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Roll it out gently if it's not large enough.
- Place the Brie in the center of the pastry. Spread fig preserves on top and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle nuts if using.
Baking
- Fold the pastry edges over the Brie, sealing it completely. Use excess pastry to create decorative designs.
- Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake on the prepared baking sheet for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving
- Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve warm with crackers or slices of baguette.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C). You can freeze unbaked assembled Brie for up to a month.
