Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, cinnamon, vanilla extract, honey or maple syrup (if using), baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped apple.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
