Ingredients
  

For the cake
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix Use your favorite brand.
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream Can be reduced for less alcohol flavor.
For the frosting
  • 1 cup butter, at room temperature Ensure butter is softened.
  • 5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

Baking the Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly spray your baking dish with non-stick baking spray.
  3. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Pour the cake batter into your prepared pan evenly.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool for a bit, then poke holes all over the top with a fork.
Frosting the Cake
  1. For the frosting, combine butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, 1/4 cup Baileys, vanilla, and salt; beat until creamy.
  2. Frost the cooled cake generously and serve.
