Preparation
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until melted (about 1 to 1½ minutes).
- Stir in the Baileys Irish cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the fudge mixture into the prepared loaf pan and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Once chilled, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut it into pieces.

Notes
Serve the fudge with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. It can also be garnished with sea salt, fresh strawberries, or paired with coffee. Store the fudge covered in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
