Fudge Ingredients
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips You can use dark chocolate chips for a richer taste.
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk Use a glass measuring cup for accuracy.
  • ½ cup Baileys Irish cream For a non-alcoholic version, substitute with cream flavored with mint or vanilla extract.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until melted (about 1 to 1½ minutes).
  3. Stir in the Baileys Irish cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the fudge mixture into the prepared loaf pan and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Once chilled, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut it into pieces.

Notes
