Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and sauté until caramelized.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the caramelized onions, diced tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese in the pre-baked pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the filling until just covered.

- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
