  • 1 can Pillsbury™ Grands Flaky Layers Refrigerated Original Biscuits (16.3 oz)
  • 1 package thick, precooked bacon (cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 12x8-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Open the can of biscuits and separate the dough. Cut each biscuit into four quarters.
  4. Gently stir the biscuit pieces into the egg mixture to coat them, and then add the precooked bacon and shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, arranging the biscuit pieces in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
