Preparation
- Bake the frozen tater tots according to the package directions until they are golden and crispy.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Add salt and pepper to taste, breaking the meat into crumbles as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Assembly
- Arrange the crispy tater tots on a plate, forming cone shapes or small mounds.
- Spoon the cooked beef over the tater tot cones. Then, scatter shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
Baking
- Transfer the assembled cones to an oven set at 190°C (375°F) and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese has fully melted.
- Plate the stuffed tots and serve them hot. You can add a dipping sauce if you like.
Notes
Serve hot straight from the oven. Customize toppings by adding diced pickles, onions, or spicy jalapeños for an extra kick. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2 to 3 days and reheat when ready to eat.
