- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

- In a baking dish, layer the cooked rice evenly.
- Spoon the beef and onion mixture over the rice.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped bacon on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
