  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can swap for other cheeses
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Optional: chopped pickles or green onions for garnish For garnish

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cooked rice and beef mixture.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomato, and crumbled bacon.
  5. Garnish with pickles or green onions if desired. Serve warm.
