  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Garnish (Optional)

  • chopped pickles for garnish
  • green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

Cooking the Beef

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Combining Ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine the cooked rice and beef mixture.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomato, and crumbled bacon.

Serving

  • Garnish with pickles or green onions if desired.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Use leftover rice for a quicker prep time. For extra flavor, add some onion and bell peppers while cooking the ground beef. Make it a low-carb option by using cauliflower rice instead of white rice.
