Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Optional Garnishes
  • chopped pickles for garnish
  • green onions for garnish

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain the excess fat.
  2. Divide the cooked rice between serving bowls.
  3. Spoon the cooked beef over the rice. Sprinkle with diced tomato and cover with shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Microwave the bowls for about 30 seconds, or until the cheese melts (or you can broil them briefly).
  5. Finish with crumbled bacon and any optional toppings. Serve hot!

Notes
