  • 4 packs ramen noodles Discard seasoning packets
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ramen noodles as instructed on the package, drain, and set them aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain any excess fat.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked ramen, ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, barbecue sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy this unique twist on ramen!
