Preparation
- In a skillet, cook beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Let cool slightly, then mix in crumbled bacon and cheddar.
- Cut mozzarella sticks in half. Flatten a spoonful of beef mixture, place a mozzarella half in the center, and mold beef around it completely.
- Dredge each bomb in flour, dip in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs. Repeat for a second coating.
- Freeze for 20–30 minutes to help hold shape.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry bombs until golden brown and crispy (about 3–4 mins).
Serving
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and garnish with parsley.

Notes
