- Grate the cheese and place a generous amount in the center of each square.
- Layer 2 to 3 slices of bacon over the cheese to ensure every bite is packed with flavor.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling, enclosing it well.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and brush the mixture over the tops of your turnovers for that golden finish.
- Place the turnovers in the air fryer and set the temperature to 180°C. Cook for 12 minutes.
- Finally, flip the turnovers for an additional 1 minute to achieve a crispy bottom.
