Preparation
  1. Start by cutting the Ready Made Puff Pastry sheet into 4 equal squares.
  2. Grate the cheese and place a generous amount in the center of each square.
  3. Layer 2 to 3 slices of bacon over the cheese to ensure every bite is packed with flavor.
  4. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling, enclosing it well.
  5. In a bowl, beat the eggs and brush the mixture over the tops of your turnovers for that golden finish.
  6. Place the turnovers in the air fryer and set the temperature to 180°C. Cook for 12 minutes.
  7. Finally, flip the turnovers for an additional 1 minute to achieve a crispy bottom.
