Ingredients
  

Cheeseball Base
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened for easy mixing) Use room-temperature for easier blending.
  • 1 cup cooked bacon (chopped into small pieces; about 5 slices)
  • 1 package dry Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 each chopped green onions
Coating
  • 1 cup chopped pecans For the outer layer; can substitute with walnuts or crushed crackers.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, and the Ranch dressing mix.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Once it’s mixed, form the mixture into a ball shape using your hands.
  4. Place the chopped pecans on a plate and roll the cheese ball in the pecans until it’s fully coated.
  5. Refrigerate the cheeseball for about an hour to solidify and allow the flavors to blend beautifully.
  6. Serve with your favorite crackers or fresh veggies.
