Main ingredients
  • 4 slices Bread, your favorite kind
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 slices Tomatoes, ripe and juicy
  • 2 leaves Lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the bacon until crispy and drain it on a paper towel.
  2. Toast the bread slices until golden.
  3. Spread a layer of mayonnaise on one side of each toasted slice.
Assembly
  1. Layer lettuce, crispy bacon, and tomato slices on one slice of bread.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the tomatoes.
  3. Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  4. Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
