  • 8 slices bacon Cook until crispy
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced bread Such as French or Italian
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • to taste seasoning Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble it, leaving some bacon grease in the pan for added flavor.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the chopped green onions until they are softened.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper, then mix in the shredded cheese, diced bread, and crumbled bacon.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving to let the flavors settle.
