- In the same skillet, sauté the chopped green onions until they are softened.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper, then mix in the shredded cheese, diced bread, and crumbled bacon.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving to let the flavors settle.
